[ name: someone id: ch1 pronouns: they/them/theirs ]
someone is the first one to be seen. they have proven themselves to be very aware, and acceptable to outside attacks. (duck, while not sharing any outside resemblance, has been doing that to them quite a lot, haha.) they have also show to be quite useful when it comes to sending messages outside the realm of reality. however, it's best advised to refrain them from doing so. that beast down there would be able to sense their slowly declining health.
- despite them being the first to introduce themselves, they suffer from social anxiety. they don't like being the center of attention, and if they are surrounded in a overcrowded environment, they will start experiencing panic attacks. it ranges from worthlessness, to perfectionism.
- while their relationship towards the other residents is quite low (as their social anxiety has been the main reason for their self isolation), they are still able to create relationships with them. [dog (aquaintance), eye (platonic), bypasser (on the brink of platonic), enjoyer (platonic), anger (on the brink of platonic), nalie (platonic), something (familial), and duck (enemy)]
to add on to this bit of info, duck has attacked someone on multiple occasions. due to the harassment they were dealt with, they have since been terrified of duck.
they may, or may not have a prejudice against ducks because of it. congrats, duck. hope you're proud of yourself. >:(
- the disappearance of their family remains a mystery. the records that are still salvagable mentions some kind of cruise that was traveling from Kolbina, to Huldlino Seas. their family seemed to have gone to the trip, leaving them behind. since then, they have not returned, and the cruise ship has disappeared by unknown means. it was last seen starting its vacation trail from the downtown docks. the company has since issued an apology for the cruise ship, and the people disappearing out of thin air without notice. the cruise ship has yet to be found.
poor guy. imagine losing your whole family unexpectedly. i hope i haven't pronounced any of that in a joking manner. i hope they're doing okay, after all of that. unfortunately, none of us are aware when this incident took place, however from how they go through daily life, either they block the whole thing out, or is currently in the process of self-help. i suspect it to be the former, unfortunately. i just wanna give them a hug, and tell them everything's gonna be okay, but how can we so sure of that, when it somehow gets worse? i dont know.
- they suffer from perfectionism. during their adolescent years, they developed a grinding fear of rejection, and strived for achieving the highest possible score on any of their schoolwork. this soon followed into their appearance, and how they acted towards others, imcluding family members. ever since their family's disappearance, their social life only plummeted further, and their perfectionism only grew. it has lead to them almost commiting self-harm, somewhere on the arms, or wrists. however (or thankfully), they stopped themselves before the action occured. they has since, grew to dislike the word "perfect," along with a temporary fear of sharp objects. they are currently overcoming this fear on their own.
- their outside appearance constantly changes. this isn't anything new, but as of recently, they have started to notice this. again, this doesn't change much, however, that would be something to look into. mayhaps, that's just me.
- someone is aroace. at a young age, they never had the thought of wanting to be in a relationship with anyone come across their mind. during their adolescent years, they also noticed how grossed out their were about sexual intercoursem which only threw a wrench to their identity. this identity crisis continued, until they discovered asexuality at the age of 17. afterward, at 18, they discovered aromanticism. they have identified with both of them, and has since wore the aroace part of their identity loudly, and proudly. good for them. :)
someone's likes/interests:
- they enjoy being outside. to my knowledge, it helps them relax whenever they feel too overstimulated. they like listening to the ambience.
- they also don't stray away from the internet. their main interests on the internet is watching culinary, and cat videos. they don't usually try experimenting with consuming different types of content on the internet, however, they are starting to divulge to video game content, with this game sharing on of his interests.
- for some reason, they have such an... undeniable interest with fire. i don't know about you, but i feel like someone (no pun intended) should stop them, before they actually start burning things down. just a fair heads' up.
- they like the idea of making friends, even after everything they had went through. those that are mentioned on top are either friends with them, or is about to be (obviously, other than duck.) they especially want to make friends with the people outside their realm. someone, every now, and then, fantasizes the two (or more?) to be best buddies.
...who wants to tell them?
someone's dislikes:
- they obviously aren't a big fan of duck. read above for more info.
- they don't like their perfectionist mindset, or perfectionism in general, alongside with their anxiety. again, read above for more info, and if you're also dealing with this mindset, please remember: you're not alone.
- rough textures freak them out. especially with textures that has irregular holes. (someone also has trypophobia, if any of you weren't aware)
- due to their perfectionism, and their social anxiety developed self hatred within themselves. they don't like to talk about it to others as much as they should have. of course, unless they are ready to come out. they are able to bring this out whenever they wish to. (if this point doesn't make any sense, they don't like themself.)
i just wish they are okay
- discourse/arguments makes them easily worried, and exposure to it for a long while could bring up their panic attacks. if anyone in any argument is heard yelling, they might start breaking down.
- following with the last dislike, when they are aware of any issue, and couldn't really do much about it (outside issues), they break down as well. similar effects would happen in the last point.
- this last one might be another social anxiety on, or there is something more going on, but as much as they would like to make friends with the outside, they also don't like doing that at the same time; main reason being: "they're unpredictable. they could do anything. how would i know about that?"
really? how could anyone come to this conclusion?
